The home also features a private large screened pool with solar heating and a covered lanai with seating and canal views. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $45 per day, and the owner will activate it remotely. Located in the desirable Siesta Key area, this home is just steps from the island’s famous white-sand beach. Explore charming local shops, cafés, and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. It's perfect for boating, fishing, or paddleboarding in the calm canals. Easily explore Siesta Key and Sarasota by bike, car, or on foot. Beach trolley service is nearby for quick trips to Siesta Key Village and local beaches. This home offers a peaceful canal-front setting with quick access to open water. There is ongoing construction at the neighbor's house, and there's scheduled construction on the boat dock in March, which may result in construction noise and materials. Unauthorized use or activation of the pool heater without advanced notification will result in additional fees. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
