Cozy little LB
We live just blocks away from the beach & downtown LB. The Latin American art is right here. The local burger joint Dan's Burger & ice cream shop Titi's are a must. Our landlord is awesome. Whenever there is an issue he is on it. The neighborhood is colorful. Love living in this area!
