(Exterior steps will be repaired/replaced at the end of September) 1 spacious, full bathroom. Lots of large windows/light Shared laundry Decent yard Quiet street Family/community oriented neighbourhood Respectful, quiet, non-smoking housemates. (There are 2 other self contained suites in the house with one quiet, non-smoking occupant in each of them.) Responsive and respectful landlords Driveway parking likely available; if not, street parking but almost never a problem finding parking right in front of the house Relatively cool in the summer CONS: Sound proofing isn’t great (but everyone is quiet and conscientious) Heat control for this suite is on the second floor (but heat is fairly well distributed throughout the house and is set at a comfortable level for most people) There is no dishwasher Ceiling height is a bit low (7 ft) AVAILABILITY: Currently available TERMS: 1 year lease Will consider 1 cat okay (with pet deposit), but not multiple cats or dog References and credit checks 3 person max Absolutely no smoking (including marijuana), vaping, etc If interested please reply with the following information: move in date, number of occupants, whether or not you have a cat, and type of employment.
