Step into a space designed for comfort and connection and feel at home. In the spacious living room, vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace create a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying cooler evenings. The kitchen features elegant quartz countertops and plenty of room to cook and prepare meals. The dining room seats eight guests, perfect for family dinners or game nights. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite offers a TV and desk. The partially finished basement is your ultimate fun zone, featuring a foosball table, two arcade games for some friendly competition, and a retro Nintendo set-up, complete with 620 classic games and two controllers. Also enjoy a collection of board games. Up to two dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125 per stay, and requests for additional dogs may be approved for an extra $100 fee. Pool heating is available for $75 per night. This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise low between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. An outdoor noise monitor is in use. Smoking or vaping indoors is not permitted, and a $500 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken. No weapons of any kind, underage drinking, or drug use are permitted on the property, and a $500 fee may apply. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests are allowed, and violations may result in removal without refund. Late checkout without approval incurs a $150 fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. A hot tub cleaning fee of $250 applies for misuse. The pool is open seasonally from May 15 to October 12, weather permitting. All children under 14 and non-swimmers under 18 must be supervised by an adult in the pool area. No pets are allowed in the pool, as sharp claws can damage the liner. The pool uses a saltwater system. The maximum occupancy for the hot tub is seven people. No food, drinks, glass, smoking, or diving are allowed in the hot tub. Supervise children at all times. Turn off jets after use but leave the hot tub powered on at 100°F. Replace the cover after use, and no pets are allowed in the hot tub. Please shower with soap and water before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, or other residues that affect water quality. If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower afterward to prevent irritation. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or scents to the hot tub without approval, as improper use may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees. [SI]
