Completely renovated historical 1880 building that was converted into 3 loft style open concept units. Renovation was complete in 2021. Located a short distance to our booming downtown Sandusky. Off street parking in our new concrete parking lot which includes two parking spaces per unit. Tenant pays electric and gas. We do accept pets with an additional $250 pet security deposit and an additional $50 monthly pet fee depending on size. No large animals. Tenant must request and fill out an application. Tenant must make at least 3x the monthly rent. Verify employment by providing paystubs and pass a background check. If approved, then we can schedule a tour.
