This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters may be scheduled, and you will be notified in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a specified time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned.
