Two guest suites,one with a Queen size bed and TV,and the other with two Twin beds,each have their own bathroom. The Den has been outfitted with a comfortable couch,two desk spaces,and TV. The unit includes a large wrap around lanai,within a luxury building with private,secure ground level parking. Three-minute walk to 5th Ave restaurants and shopping district,theaters,Cambier Park,and boating. The beach is a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. The property's location within the building is quiet and affords easy access to the community club room,TV,kitchen,baths,and billiards,as well as the exercise facility. Just a quick walk out to the building's dedicated pool/spa area,which offers plenty of seating areas,chaises,firepit,and an outdoor BBQ area. See photos to appreciate!
