This 2-bedroom home includes 1 full-sized bathroom and some fabulous outdoor space. This single-family home is completely fenced off and tucked away off of the road, giving guests the ultimate privacy. The family room includes a large leather sofa and a large screen TV. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and has a glass-topped table. The kitchen includes an electric juicer, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. The home also features a full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Guests can enjoy the half-acre-sized yard and the multiple covered and open-air outdoor dining spaces, as well as other fun on-site amenities. Guests can enjoy the extra-large fire pit, and there is a large children's play area that is completely elevated off the ground and has a brand new staircase to make it easy for kids to get up and down. There is a corkscrew-shaped slide leading down from the playground. Bonita or Barefoot Beaches are the closest beaches to the home and are only 11.5 miles away. The dining room has a double slider that takes you out to the outdoor sunroom, which is completely sheltered from the outdoor elements with a roof, jalousie winds with screens, and a screen door leading to/from the backyard. Just outside of the sunroom is a large patio area that includes 2 sets of table and chairs with umbrellas and a chimenea for some extra ambiance, especially in the winter. There is also a propane gas grill. Most of the patio is behind a large Areca palm privacy hedge for extra privacy. Some great local restaurants near the home are Buffalo Chips Wings, Iguana Mia, DeRomo's, Jimmy P's, The Seaside Bar and Grill, and many more! Additional garden wire fence surrounds the fence to deter local wildlife, including the neighborhood alligator, from coming into the yard. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the trusted partner right away so that the partner can repair or replace the damaged item. It is best to have a vehicle with you, as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30-minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation, and your code is only active during your times of your reservation.
