About This Property

Great single family home rental. Close to downtown and Firelands Hospital. Recently remodeled in 2022. 4 bed and 1.5 bath. Two designated off-street parking spots. $1200 a month and $1200 security deposit. Pet friendly but will require a pet deposit of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $50. Tenant pays for electric and trash. There is no gas at this property. It is all electric and does not have central air conditioning. Tenant must sign a minimum 1-year lease. This is a NO smoking house. We DO NOT do Live tours. All tenants interested must fill out an application. After applications have been approved, then they will be contacted for a walkthrough.
