Amenities include a Smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace/dining table, a private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Parking is not included. Free daytime street parking is easily available throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets, for example, allowed on Washington, Mineral, and 3rd St, but not allowed on 2nd St or 1st St. Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced) by calling the city at on the day you'd like to start parking and requesting a Temporary Night Parking Permit. If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration. All within two blocks are cafes, breweries, a grocery store, a brunch restaurant, a beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars. Smoking is prohibited with a $150 fee. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned keys or access devices. [SI]
