Entrance to this fully furnished apartment is through a side door of the garage with keypad, then through inside door to a small landing and down the stairs to the entrance door. The shared laundry is to the left. The backyard is also a shared space. The door opens to the living and dining room. The kitchen has a 6 place setting of silverware, plates, bowles and glassware. 2 fry pans, saucepan and colander and kitchen tools, along with strainer, steamer, cutting boards, knives, electric kettle, French press, mr. coffee, electric mixer, submersible blender, countertop microwave, and Oster toaster oven. Wi-Fi is provided, sheets, and towels, and a full-length mirror in the hallway. A paid cleaning schedule is additional to the rent. The apartment is about 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from WSU medical campus and Gonzaga University campus. Sacred Heart hospital and Deaconess are about 7 minutes away. The bus line is 2 blocks away. I must see proof of Covid vaccination.
