A cozy basement apartment. Super tranquil, nice neighbors, cute yard with mature trees and stone benches, great deck, two entrances to the apartment. Easy on-street parking just near the entrance. Location is superb! Near the west main Co-op, Main Street, Cooper Park, and MSU. Main floor is a laid-back business, so it's chill during the day and silent at night. Easy to bike most anywhere in town from the apartment. Actually it might literally be the very center of Bozeman, but is quiet and peaceful! Pets negotiable. Laundromat is one block away. $1900 for two renters or $2400 for three. Plus utilities. Consider 103 up and down if you have 4 or 5 renters OR 103 down and 109 S 8th together if you have 6, 7, or 8 renters.
