The Proximity: This house is a 2 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions which is the direct access into historic downtown St. Augustine, a total of 10-12 minutes to walk to! Just a 3 minute ride to the St. Augustine Amp (Ampitheatre) for shows from many major bands and artists like John Legend, Iration, Young The Giant, etc and Farmer\'s Markets on Saturday mornings! Just as close by is Anastasia State Park and Lighthouse Park! The Conch House is walkable within the neighborhood, famous for seafood and Reggae Sundays! The St. Augustine beach pier parking lot is only 5 minutes away. You can bike to any of these locations utilizing the available bike rentals companies in the area as well! The home itself is SO cozy! Linens and towels are included. The beds are ultra-comfy, the living room boasts amazing lounge furniture, and the decor is epic boho chic! Enjoy your morning coffee while laying in the backyard hammock, or sitting in the comfy outdoor seating area. THE LAYOUT - has a split 3/1 layout BEDROOM 1: Queen bed (Northside of house) BEDROOM 2: Queen bed (Southside of house) BEDROOM 3: 2 Double Beds (Southside of house) BATHROOM: On Southside of house with the Q and 2 Double room. Has shower/tub combo. The kitchen has all of the essentials and more, and there are lots of fun things to do in the laundry room, like a game of croquet! Walk to all of our favorite local spots: Black Fly Restaurant, The World Famous Conch House Restaurant, Osprey Tacos, Mojo\'s Tacos, Gas Restaurant, Grower\'s Alliance Coffee, Llama Restaurant, Whetstone Chocolates, Yoga Studios, Mellow Mushroom, and MUCH more! SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Contact us to schedule a showing.
