A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200, granting access to the two community pools at the Beach Club and dining options. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Propane grilling is permitted in the parking lot only, away from the building. Located in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. The community is conveniently situated between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to a variety of activities including beach swimming, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, museums, and historic tours. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. Charcoal grilling is not allowed. Summer check-in day is Saturday. Enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization protocols are in place to ensure the wellbeing and safety of guests.
