Amenities included: baseboard heat with thermostat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer dryer, yard, driveway parking, security cameras, ring smart doorbell, private patio and professional gardening. $150 flat rate for all utilities listed: electricity, heat, Wi-Fi and water. Cats and small dogs okay. Non-refundable $350 pet fee and $100 monthly pet rent will apply for pets. Maximum is 2 pets. $1,400/month rent. $1,400 security deposit required. First and last month's rent is required for move in, refundable security deposit can be made in payments. Income requirement is 3x the monthly rent, ideally. Landlord is fair and flexible on income requirement. There is no smoking or 420 on the property. Common areas outside shared with other tenant(s).
