This is a 1 level, 1 bed 1 bath 800 Sq. ft. home, located in Old Town Key West just 1 mile to Duval St, Higgs beach, and 3 miles to Smathers beach. There are just a few stairs outside to get into the home and then there are no stairs after that. We have designated/owned parking in front of the home which not all homes in Old town have. Perfect for 1-2 people, as there is one bathroom, but there is also a pull out queen couch for 2 people in the front living room, and a twin day bed in the added on 3 season room in the back so there could be room for up to 5 people, but the cost goes up a little for guests 4 and 5. The bathroom is in the main bedroom however. There is a blue sofa cover on the queen couch so that would have to be removed to use the pull out bed. It is very sunny in the front living room. 1 small dog under 25 pounds allowed with an additional pet fee of $250.00. Owner is allergic to cats.
This home is in a quiet community and shares a beautiful courtyard with 11 other homes surrounding a large heated swimming pool and is ideally located within easy walking distance to shopping, museums and restaurants. Front porch & side deck with seating, as well as at the pool. There is designated parking on street in front of the home. Mini split a/c and heat. Bright & cheery.
Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks to grocery store, laundromat, coffee/sandwich place and other restaurants on White street 2 blocks away.

If a person had a wheel chair they could go through the Watson street gate that we have and wheel on the sidewalk and then to the back of the house with no stairs however its just a normal size door to get into the back of the home so not sure if a wheel chair would fit or not. There would be a sliding door track with the chair to go over after that.
To keep your booking you will sign a short term rental agreement after booking. Travel insurance is also recommended as your plans may change. This home is on a stict cancellation policy as we need to be able to plan this and where to live, and other things, so please buy travel insurance as , and we will not be able to refund your money due to your plans needing to change.
