Attentive management. Plenty of parking behind building. Owner pays gas (free heat in winter!), water and trash. Tenant pays electric. We have had a lot of interest for this property, so we will be throwing an open house on Sunday, May 20 from 1-3pm. If you are interested in an application, I will take a basic information sheet from you at the open house and email you an application and credit check. Here are the requirements. - 2 months of paycheck stubs showing you can afford the rent. Bring a copy of your ID & Proof of income to the open house to expedite the process. - $40 application fee PER ADULT for background check through Transunion.
