This apartment is conveniently located minutes away from Route 11, Route 15, Interstate 81, The PA Turnpike, and from charming downtown Mechanicsburg. Base Rent is $1,300/month for 2 occupants Any additional occupants- $100/month Tenant pays: • Electric • Gas heat • Renter's Insurance LL pays: • Taxes • Sewer • Trash Other Items to mention: • No water bill- there is a private well • Dishwasher- as there is a working dishwasher in the home, tenant is responsibl for repairs. • Lawn service and Snow removal are not included in rent, but can be purchased for a discounted rate. • In addition, there is a large garage that is also available to rent for a discounted rate of $200 on a first come first serve basis. The garage also has a shared electric meter with the LL, so an agreement must be made with the LL prior to use. • Washer & Dryer can be rented from the LL at $50/each Pets are not permitted. As much as we love our pets, the reality is that pets are hard on properties. If you are found with a pet, or have a pet that is visiting, the LL will be notified and tenant WILL BE evicted. Section 8 Housing is unavailable at this time. No smoking and no vaping permitted inside any apartment at any time No felony or drug arrests No sex offenders No prior evictions To apply, please provide your email and a brief message and the LL will email you the full application. Application fee is $50.00 non-refundable. Reviews take time- so upon receipt of funds, which can be submitted by mailing a check or deliver funds in person, the LL will review applications and respond in the order in which the applications were received. Previous LL , and other references, will be contacted. A background check, as well as a Credit Check, will be conducted. A 650 credit score is preferred. However, If lower, there are other measures we can take, such as additional security deposit. Please inquire only if you feel that you’ll meet the aforementioned qualifications. If the listing is up, I haven’t signed a lease yet. Please do not message “Is this still available” as I will not respond to those messages. I also won’t be able to show the apartment immediately upon requests but will make reasonable arrangements with qualified applicants. The pictures shown accurately depict the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: The couch will be removed. I used it for seating while renovating. The apartment is available as early as July 1st, or earlier at a prorated amount for the partial month. I am looking for a 1 year lease. First month's rent, last month's rent, and one month security deposit is due at signing. An open house will be held on Saturday, June 15th from 9am to 1130am. If you would like an individual appointment, that can be arranged for a fee. The unfortunate truth is some people do not show up for their appointment & time is valuable.
