Fenced in backyard and off-street parking in the driveway. It is in a prime location close to major highways and the Metrolink. It is close to Hwy 64/40, McKnight Road, Manchester Road, Hwy 100, Tilles Park, St. Louis Galleria, Washington University. Our General Qualifications: - Having previous rental history is a plus. - Please have verifiable continuous employment or income. - Your gross monthly income 3-4 times the monthly rent. - Application fees are $40 per adult. There is a $500 one-time non-refundable fee for one dog, and then $20/monthly after that.
