Everything is right about this one bedroom, one bath apartment upstairs in a fourplex. It's a great apartment in a building full of long-term tenants. Laminate floors throughout the house. This is a quality one bedroom that I'd live in myself. If you are wanting a one bedroom that you'd be happy to live in for years to come, this is the place. We hated seeing our last tenant go, but we know you'll be happy with this one when you see it. It's right on the price, right on the quality, and right on the location. No doubt, it will also be right for you once you see it. Our office has four full-time maintenance staff and we seek to provide a quality, comfortable living experience. Located two miles north of downtown Evansville, Jacobsville took its name from the fact that it originally consisted of the area around Hannah Jacobs' farmhouse. Bosse Field, home of the Evansville Otters, serves as the main attraction in this neighborhood.
