In the downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with double sinks, small living area and a kitchenette - LVP flooring throughout basement. House has central AC, stackable washer/dryer unit, 2 hot water heaters (perk for a house this size) and sprinkler system. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, electric and trash will be established in tenants name and water/sewer will be billed back by landlord). Tenants are responsible for all snow removal. Landlord will take care of yard maintenance. NO PETS - this is strict. All college students will need cosigners for lease. Residential tenants: $45 app fee for all tenants over the age of 18, must make 2x the monthly rent in household income, must pass: credit, background, rental history and employment verification checks.
