Would you like to live in a perfect downtown location? I am Bill the owner of a three-bedroom apartment in Brooks Tower ideally located in the center of Down Town. Everything is either a short walk or you can catch the Free 16th street buss to union station just one block away. You will have your own private bedroom and bath room, available July 1. The amenities in the building are awesome with a full-size outdoor pool with two sun decks as well as two gas fired barbeques. The unit also has a gas grill, sous vide and a high temperature broiler for those who like to cook. All utilities and fast internet are included and the living room has a 70” 4K TV perfect for streaming. The building has ample laundry facilities and there is a full size drier so you only have to use the laundry for machine washing. Reserved parking is included with Room 3.
