A coffee maker is available. A pet fee is applied for one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified). This home is moments away from craft beer bars and breweries. Winter Park Village is 5 minutes away, Amway Center and Camping World Stadium are 10 minutes away, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive are 20 minutes away. Staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
