It is a comfortable, modern space for one or two people, and is a stone's throw from downtown & Last Chance Gulch (you could literally hit Park Bakery, the Blackfoot Brewery and the Lewis & Clark Library with that stone). Even with that proximity, it is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood only a couple blocks from the Mount Helena trails. The apartment has a kitchen area with a stove, microwave, fridge and eating area. It is comfortably appointed with multiple sitting areas and a full-size murphy bed which folds up to create even more living space. There is a walk-in closet (not shown) and a modern bathroom. The large mudroom has hooks for all the outerwear you could need and room for a bike as well. There is also a shared patio space. Duration: month-to-month rentals, as well as longer durations up to 3 months. Beyond 3 months might be possible but would have to be discussed at the end of the term. No smoking.
