Relax and feel at home in this stylish and spacious bachelor basement apartment. The stairs leading from the entrance to the unit have no railings on one side and are a little tight. Designed to comfortably fit two people, this apartment features a comfortable sofa, a kitchen, and a 58-inch smart TV. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. One bath towel per registered guest is provided. This apartment is centrally located, with a 10-minute walk to the 201 iExpress bus that takes you to Conestoga College Doon Campus or UW/WLU, and a 15-minute walk to Boardwalk Plaza, which has several grocery stores, restaurants, stores, and a cinema. This is the lower unit of a house, so there is some potential for noise from upstairs, including running water, footsteps, and some talking. This basement suite is not suitable for guests with active toddlers or young children, as the noise will travel upstairs and impact other guests' experiences. The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder, especially with AC on in the summer. You won't have access to control the temperature yourself, but the host will do their best to accommodate you during your stay. There is no parking for this unit from December 1 to March 31 every year. Outside of this period, free street parking is available.
