FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. The Town of Carolina Beach has quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., so please be aware of the noise created when gathering in the outside areas as the sound carries. Please adhere to the pool and quiet hours as this property is located in a residential area. Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available, and the hot tub follows the same availability. This pool and hot tub are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
