We do not do private individual showings, but do provide open houses to the public to view the home. This is a go and show property. Feel free to have your agent show you the home at the time of your choosing if you cannot make it to an open house. To qualify for this rental, each adult (18 and up) must completely fill out an application. Each adult must provide 30 days of pay stubs, 30 days of bank statement, and a copy of driver's license/photo ID. A non-refundable credit application fee is $40.00 per applicant made out to NDG 302, LLC. Have everything together in an envelope when you turn it in. Please double check. The application cannot be processed until all documents are submitted together. You can deliver the documents at the Re/Max office at 5560 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808. You must see the home first before applying and must be able to move in within 15 days. The applicants must be ready to cover all utilities and get renters insurance. 1 dog may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. No cats. There is a $500 pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rental fee.
