Just a short walk to the water and the beautiful beach. Located in a private association with clubhouse and general store, this two bedroom home is a casual summer dream. Easy living with a screened-in back porch, bright and cheerful interior, and in a family-friendly neighborhood. Recently updated with new furniture. Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom have full/queen-sized beds. One full bathroom on 2nd floor. Chalker Beach is lovely for walks on the long sandy beach, bike riding, relaxing, and enjoying the Connecticut shoreline. The pastel sunsets over the ocean here are magical. There is additional parking and a clubhouse right across from the beach. The nostalgic general store is next to the cottage and is open during the summer. Tenant pays for electric and wifi.
