Animals are an extra $35/month per animal. Under certain conditions, you would be welcome to pay out last month's rent, the pre-paid exit cleaning fee ($300 with no animals or $350 with animals) and the deposit ($1,200 with no animals or $1,300 with animals) over several months. Home does not come with access to the barn or paddock. These may be available for an additional monthly charge. Criminal background and credit check required. Minimum qualifications: Verified income is enough to cover rent, anticipated utilities, and expenses.
