The location is quite convenient, with easy bike or pedestrian access to shopping and restaurants, including the well-appointed Campbell Ave corridor. Protected bike lanes take you 2 miles south to the University of Arizona, one mile north to the Rillito River Park, and less than a mile east to Campbell Ave. This is a three unit property- the other two apartments are configured in a separate building behind this house. The front house is the original structure from 1952. It has a fireplace, full kitchen, painted concrete floors, and a fenced rear yard. This unit also has a large storage building, which is perfect for a workshop or other hobbies. Tenant pays electric and gas, plus $50 per month towards water/sewer/trash. This is a stand alone house, with a private yard and no shared walls. Available 04/21/2022 Parking for this unit is along the side of the house. No covered parking for this unit. Washer and Dryer are included, plus central AC. $1295 due at lease signing. This includes a $250 leasing fee, a $795 refundable security deposit, and a $250 nonrefundable cleaning fee. First month's rent due at move in. We do charge a $40 per person application fee, and all tenants must pass a credit, prior eviction, and criminal background screening. Well-behaved and loved pets are welcome, with an additional $200 per pet refundable deposit. Equal housing opportunity, of course!
