About This Property
Incredible home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (over 2700 SqFt) with solar panels = super LOW electric bills for such a large home (ours averaged $55/mo). Beautiful tile floors throughout lower level and delightful open kitchen design with newer appliances (and newer top-loading washer / dryer included). Huge master bedroom and master closet. Nice big loft (our girls loved to dance there). Great cul-de-sac location right next to neighborhood park with basketball court and convenient biking/walking trail that goes right by the new butterfly pavilion and El Rio Preserve (great for bird-watching). Wonderful family home and neighborhood. Other nearby features: Plentiful hiking, new Tucson Premium Outlet Mall, I-10, community park with tennis courts, skate park, Wheeler Taft Library and park, 2 community pools (one with a hot tub and a new children’s splash pad!) We strive to be great landlords and enjoy rewarding great tenants. If you decide to stay for more than one year and you pay on time every month, your rent will actually go down $25 every year, capping at 4 years. Call for more details!
