This rental has two parking spaces, one inside the garage on the left-hand side and one outside the garage, also on the left-hand side. This property is perfect for your furry family member, allowing one well-behaved, potty-trained dog, three years or older, under 60 lbs with the required non-refundable pet fee and signed pet policy.
