About This Property
Best vacation spot. RV has extended living/dining room area renovated and fully furnished. Full kitchen with stainless steal appliances -completely new with all the utensils to prepare and cook your meals along with coffee maker, etc. Sleeps 6 people comfortably (2 in large bedroom, and 2 in each sofa beds). You'll have bed sheets and covers available along with bath towels for 6 people. Just bring your personal necessities. Bedroom has large closet plus large closet in the hallway for extra guests. 3 TV's throughout RV with cable. Large deck outside fully furnished with a BBQ and stove gas grill to sit and relax as you enjoy cooking in the outdoors. 2 floor fans available if it gets too hot. Trash removal every day. This unit is in a perfect spot as the adult heated pool/kiddie pool is just across it along with playground. Convenient outdoor lounge with Wi-Fi internet access along with full public restrooms just across our unit. Bring your boat maximum length is 25 feet and park it in our unit or leave it in the boat dock at the marina for a small fee charged by the campground. You can get more information regarding marina fees at the front desk. For convenience, you can also clean your fish right at the marina. Bring your pets. Campground allows 2 pets up to 40 pounds. Campground also offers Ice and a little shopping store. For fun you can also go to the beaches, play shuffleboard and volleyball. There's also a shopping center conveniently located in walking distance of the campground which includes a Kmart, Publix supermarket, and pizzeria. Unit is also available to rent on a weekly basis - $800/wk.

Perched just offshore from Florida’s mainland, Key Largo is typically the first island travelers encounter while driving through the Florida Keys.
