Owner reserves the right to hire cleaning services at tenant's costs if the unit is not kept in clean and good condition. 9. Pets are approved on case by case basis. There are additional deposit ($700.00 per pet) and rent ($70.00 per pet per month) for pets.10. Tenants are responsible for all landscaping.11. Use of the home is strictly for residential purposes. Business and illegal activities, including use of drugs, sell of drugs, gambling, etc., are strictly prohibited.
