There is plenty of closet storage space throughout the apartment including a kitchen pantry, a coat closet, and a linen closet. The lower units feature a walk-out patio and the upper units have an oversized premium deck. Two bedroom units start at $1,245 per month and include gas, heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and parking. Residents would be responsible for electricity and any wifi/cable options you should want. The security deposit is $995.45 deposit and we have a $50 application fee. Pet fees apply if applicable. Can I bring a pet? We allow cats and most dogs under 50lbs. Pet fees do apply. Please inquire for specific details. Do you accept section 8 or another form of vouchers? We are not a low income or government assisted property. However, we will work with any assistance program as long as you qualify through the application process (see below). What is the parking situation? There is parking throughout the community on a first come, first serve basis. Do I need to apply before I can see the property? No, we do not require that you apply before you tour. Our rentals tend to lease quickly. If you are worried about missing out on a property, we highly recommend you apply. Are there any hidden fees? We take pride in being upfront and honest on our pricing. The only additional fee we charge on top of the advertised price is for pets (if allowed at the property). No gimmicks here.
