NO need to go through the mazes of finding a house in Ocean Pines and NO need to have to drive into Ocean City. This property is perfectly located. Close to Berlin, Assateague, and West Ocean City Harbor. If you want to go into Ocean City's beaches you can go by boat, Uber, or take the public transit. Perfect location for kayaking and paddleboarding. Excellent launching pad for seeing the other side of the eastern shore that doesn't include the boardwalk and etc. If you still want to get into the city it is close. Or perhaps take easy backroads to BETHANY, Fenwick, or Rehoboth. A quiet street situated right on a dead end you will love the peace of this quaint neighborhood. Local business owners strive to live in this easy access, but, quiet neighborhood. Laying in the hammock amongst the tall lob lolly pines, going for a quick paddle, or catching your own crabs will enhance your vacation and Eastern Shore experience . This place is worth every penny of your stay. This is a very unique location because you will be living amongst the local business owners of the resort area. Secretly tucked away off of Rt. 50 you will enjoy the peace of being waterfront and seeing wildlife while not dealing with the crowds of Ocean City. The sunsets are amazing and you are surrounded by trees and nature everywhere. All of this but super close to everything to offer in Ocean City, the fishing center, marina, and restaurants of West Ocean City Harbor, BERLIN ("the best smallest town in America"), and Assateague Island National Seashore. Local farm stands and seafood markets are close by too . Grab yourself your fresh produce and fresh caught fish and maybe even stay in and grill for the night after a beautiful day on Assateague Island. You will love it here!
