Lost key and/or FOB incurs a $250 fee. Late check-out fee is $50 per hour. No shoes inside. No wiping make-up with towels. No unauthorized guests upstairs with an additional $150 per guest based on security camera. Report any damages immediately. No parties or events with a $250 additional cleaning fee. Party is defined as additional occupants to the number of people stated in reservation details. No flushing anything down the toilet except toilet paper with heavy fines in place. No removing pillow or mattress protectors. Any missing items will be charged to the account.
