The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking, with pots, pans, bakeware, and multiple coffee options including Keurig, French press, and grinder. Settle in for sleep in the king bed upstairs in the loft, or the queen bed downstairs in the bedroom. Both spaces feature hotel quality linens, down comforters and room-darkening shades. The updated bathroom features a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and a tankless water heater for reliable hot water. Property is available for stays of 31 days or more. A lease agreement will be required for all bookings. Utilities are included for stays up to 3 months based on reasonable usage. Excessive usage beyond normal residential levels may be charged to the tenant. For stays longer than 3 months, utilities (including water/sweage, gas, electric, trash, and internet) will be billed separately based on actual usage.
