The apartment also includes memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Townhome parking is available in the garage for up to 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller. No street parking is permitted. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295), plus a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175. Repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. Noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation. Only registered guests are permitted.
