The open-concept living area greets you with ample natural light, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. This home is perfect for families and groups, offering a blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. Key features include a master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and his-and-her vanities, three additional bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a stand-alone family room just off the main living area, smart TVs in the master bedroom and both living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a Keurig coffee machine, and laundry facilities co-located in the third bathroom. Unwind in the private backyard, where you can soak in the hot tub (seasonal from November to May) or watch the kids enjoy the play set. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, "The Graystone" offers a peaceful escape in the heart of Tampa, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Pets are welcome at "The Graystone" with a $100 fee per pet per stay for reservations up to 28 days. For longer stays, the fee is $100 per pet per month. The hot tub is available seasonally for guest use at no additional charge from November to May. Valet trash service is available to ensure your stay remains hassle-free. "The Graystone" is situated in the charming Old Seminole Heights neighborhood, right in the heart of Tampa’s urban core. This area is known for its convenient access to major interstates, making it easy to explore the entire city. Everyday essentials are just steps away, with a Publix grocery store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need close by. Whether you're venturing out to Tampa’s attractions or enjoying the local vibe, Old Seminole Heights offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. When staying at "The Graystone," getting around is simple and convenient. With quick access to major interstates, driving is a great option for reaching downtown Tampa, the airport, and popular attractions in just minutes. For nearby errands, like grocery shopping at Publix, you can easily walk. If you prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft are readily available and affordable, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of parking. Whether you’re planning to visit local attractions or simply enjoy the neighborhood, transportation options from "The Graystone" are versatile and convenient. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. The primary guest must provide valid government-issued ID upon booking. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours, and guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited. A designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome. Notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay, and you should expect to see them outside of the home occasionally as they help us maintain it. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. If you find any issues or missing amenities, allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve the issue. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present. Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only. Plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. Pets incur a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. This does not include additional cleanings or damage. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Contact us for more information. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. Always report any damage or accidents promptly for a potential full security deposit return.
