This four-story coastal retreat offers spacious living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. The open-concept living areas feature plush seating, high ceilings, and large windows showcasing stunning Currituck Sound views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and 2 dishwashers. It is stocked with cookware, serving ware, BBQ utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer. A starter basket of snacks and a guidebook with local recommendations welcome you. Seven beautifully furnished bedrooms provide a serene retreat for all guests, featuring luxurious linens, smart TVs, closets, luggage racks, and bedside tables. Guests have access to garage parking and an EV charger, ensuring convenience for electric vehicle owners. Off-street parking is available for up to 6 cars. We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $200 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax and must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March. Nestled in an exclusive and tranquil community, Salt & Lighthouse offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and serenity, making it an ideal getaway. The quiet, tree-lined streets are perfect for leisurely strolls, morning jogs, or evening walks under the stars, surrounded by beautiful homes and lush landscaping. While offering a peaceful retreat, the home is conveniently close to top attractions. You’ll have easy access to stunning beaches, charming local shops, and delightful eateries, all within the vibrant town of Corolla. Explore the area’s rich history, scenic landscapes, and outdoor adventures, knowing you’re staying in a safe and well-maintained community. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway, as street parking is not permitted. Max 7 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by the city without refund. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
