About This Property

This is a character building near Scad in downtown Savannah. It is in The Residence at the Y. Totally safe park of town near the Oglethorpe House. The building was originally built in 1923 to house the local YWCA. Although it has been renovated, it has maintained the original charm. This unique space is a ground floor unit with private entrance that has original brick floor, a non working fireplace. A large kitchen, bar area. We own a furniture store, so this unit is available furnished or unfurnished. Two full bedrooms and two full bath rooms. Washer Dryer in unit. Sublease available beginning on Mar 1. Shorter term lease is available, but price may vary with length of lease. We can provide it furnished if you prefer. You can go to our website to see how we furnish our other properties. (Cable and utilities are not included. but may be added. We can keep the utilities in our name for an additional fee). Trash and water are included. Price will vary depending upon length of stay, furnishings and amenities
