Property Ratings at 101 dupont place
Our experience from the beginning was great with Brennen. All of the bells and whistles were highlighted and the amenities shown were fantastic. There was a push for us to go ahead and apply for the last 2 bedroom apartment. We asked what the requirements were and he assured us of the score that was needed along with the salary requirements. Brennen was very communicative and extremely helpful until we applied. Once we applied it was crickets, we attempted to reach out on day 3 and he claimed he had to wait on his manager, day 5 and we finally got him on the phone after realizing the apartment we applied for was posted and our application was no longer accessible. No phone call was made and communication was lacking. Dupont, just be honest and transparent about your practices but the excuses and lack of communication are not okay! If we knew that the requirements were different than what Brennen communicated then we would NOT have spent $300 applying and holding the apartment. We are disappointed and honestly distrustful of this whole process. If you want to be yanked around, apply here!
We encountered AC issue once moved in, no one cares about the issue. After submittiing the request for FOUR TIMES over FIVE HOURS (TILL 4am in the morning), there is no response from the leasing offiice, no maintenance team contact us. The only thing we got it "please wait" and "nothing I can do" from the call center. Our room temperature is high at 89 F. We waited for the maintennace team till 5am and slept in the business room, with our two cats (they both suffered a lot). After three days, the issue is still not solved. Today, the manager promised to have this issue solved by the end of the day and contact us. However, he just left the office and went home without contacting us about any updates as if there is no such issue. We talked to several other residents and found the similar issues have been happened over and over. Slow response, useless management team. Please, for your own good, spend the money somewhere else. At least, don't choose this poor place.
