Property Ratings at 101 Depot
When it was time for me to renew my contract, I used the electronic signature option. Unfortunately, there were some technical issues with the system. Instead of addressing the problem, the company decided to increase my rent from a fixed 6-month term to a month-to-month basis, as if my contract hadn't been signed. Even after it was revealed that the issue was due to an IT problem, they failed to refund the additional money they had taken.

Amenities are great, maintenance requests are filled quickly, and apartment communicates with tenets effectively. Rent is becoming too high that I may have to move out if they go up much more with the next renewal.

Excellent communication and very friendly staff. I was assisted through every step of the process with utmost professionalism and care. We’ve been here since January. Upon moving in we were told by the staff this place was really secure. They would have keypads installed on the outside doors eventually. These have yet to be installed so god knows who can come into the buildings. The gates haven’t been closed since we moved in. Definitely do not feel safe here. Lowry St is super busy and loud. If you want to feel like you live in a frat house then this “luxury” apartment is for you. Tenants throw very large loud parties at the pool literally every weekend having 20+ guests making it literally impossible for the people who actually live here and pay for the amenities to actually use them. The dog poop around the property is ridiculous. There has been a pile of dog poop on the sidewalk for over 2 weeks and dog poop smeared in our breezeway for months. The breezeways are absolutely disgusting. We had to vacuum the dust in the hallway ourselves by our door. People leave their trash sitting outside for days so it constantly smells horrible. It’s just a matter of time before this place has roaches which is sad because it used to be a beautiful property. We pay so much to live here and honestly can’t justify staying another year when our renewal comes around because of the issues that are never addressed. This place cares more about getting new tenants in here than taking care of the actual problems around the property.

I love staying here and my children do as well it’s a very nice peaceful community with great agents to help alone the way. We love the amenities and space just for our furry friends .
my experience has been excellent. The staff is efficient and kind as well as professional. The unit is awesome.
If anyone is looking for apartment this is the complex to avoid. They focus more on making sure tenants bring in their trash cans from the hallways than they do fixing the serious needs around the complex. I have been living here since December and it has been nothing but a joke. In the first two months of me living here my apartment flooded. When I say flooded I do not mean it was just a tad bit of water on the floor, I mean I had to leave my apartment and live with my parents for a week until my room was fixed. The electrical outlet in our bathroom has not worked Up until two weeks ago. The dishwasher when we moved in did not work for several months and we had to make multiple maintenance request for it. Just a month ago my room flooded for the second time. We then received a paper on our door about receiving a fine for a trashcan being in the hallway. The gates have never been close since we moved in here. I could keep going on this list forever but I have more important things to do. If you are smart you stay away from Alta depot
My experience living at Alta Depot has been wonderful, and the amenities are excellent. The 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious. The staff at these luxury apartments are awesome.

While I still think they are working out a few "kinks", we love our temp home. This place is so new that no one has ever lived in the apt before, which is kind of nice. They have storage units on the floor of your apartment and elevators for the internal apt entrance. I have worked with Teresa who has done great and genuinely seems to care about our experience here. Only "downers" that we have experienced is rent is on the high side, but so is everywhere else and they have trash pick up at your door (which is great, but you pay for it even if you dont want it), but no recycling services. I have made this suggestion to the mgmt.
Such an amazing community! The property management, the neighbors, the guests, the location, most importantly the pool! It’s quiet - minus the trains that go by (they stay quiet at night for the most part) - and minutes from the nearest favorite locations!

Alta Depot offers no-smoking luxury apartments with great amenities (gym, computer/work station, luxury lounge to entertain, pool) and a friendly leasing staff who made the application process easy. Alta Depot staff bring the community together with fun games and other entertainment they provide. Special treats and park for those with pups.

I just moved in. Our maintenance men have been amazing and knowledgeable. They saw the request and had Teressa call me to help me understand what was going on. They explained the switch was connected to the outlet and how the thermostats work. They then still came out and wrote notes to help also.
Best leasing office experience, quiet but friendly neighborhood, and new clean spacious apartments.

My experience thus far with Alta Depot has been very positive due to one of your agents, Teresa Stone. The apartment location is very convenient and the amenities are impressive. The apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. I also really like the finishes as well as the balcony. The kitchen appliances are very nice and the granite countertops add sophistication to the apartment.
