We are proud to run a scrupulous and fair-minded business offering a tremendous VALUE in DOWNTOWN LIVING; we do everything IN WRITING, and we work hard to ensure "NO SURPRISES" for our tenants. We believe that the combination of this building's unique qualities, its location, and the style of business we run all combine to make it the reason why so many of our PAST TENANTS have called "Cathedral Place" their home, RENEWING with us, year-after-year!

Reviews at 101 Charles St Annapolis, MD 21401
Excellent, Friendly place in a GREAT Location with rock-solid Management
We renewed with them three times, staying for five years in total. That says a LOT about both the quality of the management and about the terrific condition and upkeep of our Home over those years. Maintenance/repair issues were few-and-far between..and when they did arise, we could always count on the Manager/Landlord to be right on-top of things in getting a repair/replacement handled as quickly and as hassle-free (for us) as possible. They clearly respect the PRIVACY of their residents. We NEVER experienced an un-announced visit; management visits were always conducted with a minimum of 24-hrs notice, and were most often coordinated as much as a week ahead of time, when possible, to accommodate our schedule. We always felt comfortable with these visits-- even when we were not at home-- because the manager never allows repair technicians or inspectors to wander around the apartment alone; he is present with them at all times, giving us complete confidence in the security of our belongings. Communication is another great thing about living here. The Company follows-through on their promise to "do everything IN WRITING"-- from notices about periodic / routine visits (inspections, preventative maintenance, etc), to timely notices on matters pertaining to our Lease (e.g. renewal options, updates due to changes in the law, etc), to information concerning serious weather issues. To quote Tony-the-Tiger: They’re G-r-r-r-EAT! :-)
