About This Home
Feel at home in this apartment situated in Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. This double queen apartment comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds in the same room. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however, it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, a Keurig, and a smart TV with Chromecast. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole. This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival. Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$25/day (and increases during events). Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans. Located in the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave, this apartment is a 5-minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets and a 5-minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed, with additional fees for remediation potentially applying. Includes two dedicated workspaces and a dining table that seats four. Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm. All requests are subject to availability. [SI]
