Second St. Apartments are ideal for upperclassmen with the option of either 1 bedroom-1 bathroom, 2 bedroom-1 Bathroom or 4 bedroom-2 bathroom modern apartments in a great campus location that is a quick walk to classes, the ARC, and campus sporting facilities! Enjoy these modern apartments on a great campus location. Our units are equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, including washer/dryer, double door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/stove! The living room is fully furnished with a very nice living room set. Each apartment has a TV already installed and mounted to the wall. The unit has a sliding door leading to a private balcony. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, and a desk. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The rent varies from $795 a month per person to $910. The rent price includes the following utilities: garbage, recycling and high-speed internet. Tenants are not required to have the other utilities services on their names. We will manage your utilities and create a package that will be billed to each resident individually. This is what we call a "Utility package" which will vary according to your use. No hassle. We got your back! There is also ample off street parking available along with our private parking lot for an extra charge. Due at the signing of the lease is first month rent, a security deposit ($300) and a $25 application fee. Official move date is August 15th,2026. My name is Virginia Rosas.
