Second St. Apartments, are ideal for upperclassmen with the option of either 1 bedroom-1 bathroom ($1500 all utilities included), 2 bedroom-1 Bathroom or 4 bedroom-2 bathroom modern apartments in a great campus location that is a quick walk to classes, the ARC, and campus sporting facilities! Enjoy this modern apartments on a great campus location. Our units are equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, including washer/dryer, double door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/stove! The living room is fully furnished with a very nice living room set Each apartment has a TV already installed and mounted to the wall. The unit has a sliding door leading to a private balcony. Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, and a desk. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The rents varies from $745 a month per person, for a 4 bedroom and $875 for a 2 bedroom per person. The rent price includes utilities such as electric, heat, water, garbage, sewer, recycling and high-speed internet. All services are ready when you move in! No caps. No extra fees. There is also ample off street parking available along with our private parking lot for an extra charge. Due at the signing of the lease is first month rent, a security deposit ($300) and a $25 application fee. Official move in date is August 17th,2025. Need something a little bigger? We have a few places we called them the Arbor Houses. These houses are also in the heart of campus featuring 5, 3, 2 and 1 bedroom units with a cozy touch just like home.
