Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included.
