About This Property
You'll love the privacy as you come home to this secluded 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Tucked away in your own space, in the lovely town of Healdsburg, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet you've always wanted. You'll be comfortable too with forced air heating and cooling. The home comes with a master bedroom and a master bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, a dishwasher, and a double sink with a garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The home also has a guest bathroom as well as a second bedroom with a closet. There is wall to wall carpet in both bedrooms, closets and the living room. Outside you'll find an easy to maintain yard - and an 8'x6' Tuffshed will be installed on June 30th. We think you'll agree that the front covered deck will be a great place to enjoy, relax and unwind. The neighborhood is great for riding bikes - it's only about a mile to downtown; with all the wine tasting and boutique shops you would expect. Lease specifics: We are looking for one year, but could be flexible. A small well behaved pet will be considered; a pet deposit of $500 would be required. We may also need a picture of your pet to be considered. This is a non-smoking, no drugs, no cannabis using unit. Water is included, however Healdsburg is currently under emergency water restrictions - limited to 74/gal per person per day, excess usage fees may be passed on to tenant. No watering is allowed for landscaping - so we may lose some outside plants unless a solution can be found. All Utilities such as gas, electric, sewer, internet, garbage, etc. (except water) will be the responsibility of the tenant. Landscaping service can be added for $80/monthly (the actual price is higher, however we would subsidize the service to encourage regular maintenance). We've been renting this home for over 15 years and tenants tend to stay, so please call and let us show you this little gem.
