The home also has a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the side deck with an outdoor electric grill or the front patio with four Adirondack chairs and two end tables. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood, this cottage is just minutes from the Historic District with its restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, and attractions. It's 3 miles to downtown and 5 miles to the nearest beach. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
